✮ Before Ordering ✮
DO NOT BUY BEFORE MESSAGING US! Send us a message with images and details of your vision for your desired costume. This will help us give you an accurate estimate of pricing and the timeline to create your custom cosplay commission.

✮ Invoicing ✮
We request 65% up front to reserve your commission in our cue. The final 35% is due after you approve your order and before we ship it to you. If needed, we are happy to discuss payment plans to make things as easy and comfortable for you as we can.

✮ Shipping ✮
Shipping is Free! We take care to include shipping in production costs on our end, so you don’t have to worry about additional fees.
Orders take anywhere from 3 days to 4 weeks, depending on the level of detail. (We’ll let you know your order’s estimated arrival time before confirming your order with us.)
Our store is based in Los Angeles, but our team of seamstresses work from around the world, so shipping times may vary. 
*We cannot account for custom issues, but always do our best to ensure your order gets to you on time.

Message us with images and details for the vision you have for your desired costume.
We’ll respond to you with our pricing and timeline for creation.
If everything sounds good, we’ll send an invoice for the deposit to reserve your commision in our cue.
We’ll send instructions to help you take accurate measurements so your order fits just right.
After we receive your measurements, our seamstresses will get to work!
Depending on the level of detail, your order may take anywhere from 3 days to 4 weeks.
Before mailing, we’ll send pictures so you can make final adjustments and ensure your cosplay is exactly to your liking.
Following your approval, we’ll send the final invoice and your package to you.
Last step — enjoy and be sure to take photos in your one-of-a-kind cosplay costume!
