After wanting to cosplay a character that doesn't have many readily made costumes for sale anywhere, I turned to YourDreamTeam to commission something that truly feels like it'll last a lifetime! The order process was simple, communication was consistent in regards to order status/progress pictures/answering questions, and they were VERY flexible with me when I asked for certain modifications. The cosplay itself is exceptionally made, fit's me extremely well, and the quoted lead time for it to be completed was right on the mark! I've even had people come up to me and compliment it's craftsmanship, even if they didn't recognize the character itself! (Tita from Trails in the Sky). All in all: a cosplay commission certainly is a big investment, yet I personally believed it to be worth it. Thank you so much YourDreamTeam! ^_^

I ordered the hatsune miku from the miku who can't sing movie cosplay and the quality was amazing it came out very beautiful I love it~. The shipping was delayed unfortunately but I understand since the whole tarrifs situation so I didn't get to wear it for my first con. Thankfully I was able to wear it for ALA 2026 in January~. The customer service was good they replied to my messages fairly quickly for any questions I had during the whole process.

This was my first time buying a custom cosplay and I was blown away by the quality of the materials! The details were very accurate and they were able to accommodate my design alteration requests. There were some issues with customs, and the seller was super nice and patient with the process. Wearing this made me feel just like the character I'm cosplaying as, and I received so many compliments, especially with how nice the wig looks! I would love to commission again!

Amazing customer service
the quality of the item is exactly what i wanted for the coat and pants and gloves. they had very nice fabrics. however, the mask for my cosplay was not the best, so i asked for a partial refund and they gave it. they have very good accommodating customer service, but they do not provide much, if not none updates at all. i did get my package taken for customs and payed an extra $100 for customs fee. it wasn’t there fault but something to be wary of. overall i like them and the quality of their work is amazing! edit: they reached out to me and offered to pay back the customs fee! props to them for the amazing customer service. i would recommend if youre in edge about them.

I got a gear 5 Zoro cosplay commissioned and it turned out so good. The quality of the fabric was amazing. It was soft, breathable, and had the right amount of weight and drape which made it so comfortable to wear. Even the people that saw me wear it complimented how it looks high quality. All the proportions were correct and the seller is very good at communicating everything I needed. YourDreamTeam really exceeded my expectations with this commission and I will now be moving forward with them as my go to commissioners.
