You send us your character and reference images, we quote the price and timeline, and once you approve, a 65% first payment reserves your spot in our queue. We make the costume to your exact measurements, send you photos of the finished piece for final adjustments, and ship it to you after the remaining balance is paid.

Every commission is priced individually based on the character, complexity, and materials. Our orders start at $390, and we'll always give you an exact quote before you commit — with no obligation.

Once we confirm your order, we’ll send you instructions on how to take all the measurements we’ll need to make your outfit fit perfectly to your body.

Most orders take anywhere from 3 days to 4 weeks, depending on the level of detail and customization. More complex, multi-layered costumes can take up to 2–3 months. We'll always give you a realistic timeline before you commit, and we keep you updated as we go.

We use high-quality fabrics and materials sourced from around the world, chosen to match your character and to be comfortable and long-lasting. If you have a preference for a specific material or finish, just let us know — we'll work with you to get it right.

Your vision leads the process. We stay in touch at every step and, before we ship, we send you photos of the finished piece so you can request final adjustments. Nothing goes out until you're happy with it.

To reserve your spot, we ask for a first payment of 65% of the total, which covers materials and secures your place in our queue. The remaining balance is paid at the end, after we send you photos of the finished costume and before it ships.

Once we agree on the details, we'll send you an invoice for the first payment. When your costume is ready, we send a final invoice for the remaining balance. If needed, we can also arrange an installment plan — just ask.

Because every piece is custom-made to your measurements and specifications, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, your satisfaction is our priority — if anything isn't right, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Shipping is free on small items. For larger costumes, a modest shipping fee applies — typically around $40–$100 depending on size and destination — and we always confirm the exact amount with you before you pay.

Your costume is carefully packaged and shipped to your door. Orders may ship from either the USA or Europe, so please allow additional time for international delivery. We'll confirm shipping details with you and provide tracking once your order is on its way.
